Privacy Policy — Qafila

Last updated: August 19, 2026 — Publisher: zGaMeR — Contact: xzaherx@gmail.com

Qafila is an offline-first caravan merge game. No account or sign-in is required. We never collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise (GPS) location.

Ads (AdMob)

Qafila shows fully optional rewarded ads via Google AdMob at five specific in-game placements (e.g. doubling your welcome-back coins, or unlocking a free crate). No ad ever appears automatically or interrupts play without your action; the game shows no interstitial ads at all. Declining any ad never withholds core game content.

To serve these ads, AdMob — acting as a third-party ad network, not merely our service provider — collects your advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), your IP address, and your interaction with the ad itself (viewed, completed). This data reaches Google's servers directly and is processed under Google's Partner Sites policy and how Google uses data in partner products.

And not Google alone: AdMob demand is bought through real-time auctions in which other ad partners take part, and those you consent to may process the data described above. The full list of those partners — their names and their purposes — is shown to you inside the consent form itself (under "Manage options"), which is where you accept or refuse each of them individually. It is not reproduced here: the list changes, and a static document listing it would go stale without anyone noticing.

Legitimate interest: some processing purposes (ad performance measurement, for example) appear in the consent form under "legitimate interest", switched on to begin with rather than under explicit consent. You can switch each of them off in the form, and from the "Privacy options" entry in the game's settings at any time afterwards.

About "precise geolocation" in the consent form: the form lists a precise-location purpose (switched off to begin with) because it is standard text covering ad vendors in general. Qafila never asks your operating system for location permission — on Android or on iOS — so there is no precise location for the game to hand anyone, even if you switch that toggle on. What remains possible is a coarse country- or city-level estimate from your IP address, which is listed in the table above.

Personalized vs. non-personalized ads: where consent for personalized ads is required by law and you grant it, AdMob uses your advertising identifier to show ads closer to your interests. If you decline where consent is asked for, only non-personalized ads are shown. In regions where the law does not require consent to be requested, ads may be personalized — you can always disable or reset your advertising identifier from your operating system's own settings (see "Your device identifiers and resetting them" below), which stops personalization anywhere. Either way the placement and reward stay the same; only ad targeting differs.

Consent (EEA, UK, and similar regions)

On first launch from these regions, the game shows a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), explaining what AdMob collects and letting you accept, decline, or customize. The game requests no ad and initializes no part of the ad SDK from its own code before you respond. The SDK does keep an automatic launch-time bootstrap of its own, which there is no supported way to disable, but that bootstrap issues no ad request and reads no advertising identifier. Your choice is stored in your device's app storage (not on our servers) and can be changed anytime via Settings → "Privacy options" — this row appears only when the law requires a way back in, and is available especially to players who declined consent the first time.

On iOS: after the UMP form (when required), the OS shows the standard App Tracking Transparency prompt, asking your explicit permission before your device identifier (IDFA) can be linked with data from other apps or websites. Declining this prompt does not block ads — it only makes them non-personalized.

Your device identifiers and resetting them

Your advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) is a random number that carries no name or email, and you can delete, reset, or fully disable it from your operating system's own settings — outside the game's control: Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Settings → Apple Advertising.

What we do not do

Storage and security

Cloud data is stored on Google Firebase servers (EU region — eur3) and always transferred encrypted over HTTPS/TLS. Strict security rules ensure each installation can only access its own save document.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your cloud save from within the game via "Erase progress" in settings. Uninstalling the game stops any new collection. For any additional deletion request, email us at the address above; we respond within 30 days.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

Any update to this policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
